Lie on your back, hands behind your head. Lift shoulders off the floor. Bring one knee towards the chest as you rotate the opposite elbow towards that knee, then switch. Keep a steady pace, alternating sides.
Common Mistakes
Avoid pulling on your neck. Ensure elbows stay wide and you rotate from the torso, not just the arms.
Breathing
Exhale as you twist and bring the knee in; inhale as you switch to the other side. Repeat.
