Begin lying flat with arms overhead. Simultaneously raise your legs and upper body to form a 'V'. Lower down and immediately perform a roll-up, reaching your arms towards your feet.
Common Mistakes

Breathing
Inhale on the descent, exhale as you rise into the 'V' and continue exhaling as you roll up.
