Lie on your back with arms extended overhead and legs straight out. Lift your legs toward the sky. Raise your upper body and try to touch your toes with your hands.
Common Mistakes
Avoid jerking or using momentum. Keep movements smooth and controlled, and make sure not to strain your neck.
Breathing
Inhale as you start the movement, exhale as you lift and try to touch your toes. Lower down on the inhale and repeat.
