Hints
Lay on your back, placing arms flat near or under hips for support. Lift legs straight or nearly straight up. Lower them slowly to one side and then raise back up, moving to the other side, mimicking the motion of windshield wipers.
Common Mistakes
Allowing the legs to fall too fast. Lifting the opposite hip too high off the ground when legs are to the side.
Breathing
Inhale when legs are in the center, exhale as you lower them to each side.
