Lay on your back on the ground, legs lifted about 90 degrees. Keeping your arms straight, alternate touching the sides of your feet with your fingers, creating a 'waddling' motion similar to a penguin.
Common Mistakes
Lifting the head or neck excessively. Not engaging the core and using momentum rather than controlled movements.
Breathing
Inhale in the center position, exhale as you reach for each foot.
