Hints
Lie on your back with feet flat and legs bent. Place hands behind your head. Contract your abs and lift shoulder blades off the floor. Rotate your torso towards one knee with the opposite elbow, while keeping feet planted. Return and switch sides.
Common Mistakes
Pulling on the neck with hands. Not engaging the core. Rushing through the movement.

Inhale as you return to center, exhale as you rotate towards knee.
