Hints
Start lying on your back with legs bent and feet flat on the ground. Hands are extended in front of you with fingers pointed. As you engage your core and crunch up, reach your hands through the middle of your legs.
Common Mistakes
Not engaging the core effectively, causing the lower back to arch. Using the neck to pull the upper body up rather than the core.
Breathing
Inhale as you lie back. Exhale as you crunch up and reach through your legs.
