Lie with knees bent, feet flat, and hands behind your head. Crunch up, then lower and extend arms forward, Crunch up again reaching upwards towards the sky, keeping feet flat. Alternate between these two.
Common Mistakes
Using the neck during the crunch; relying on momentum when reaching up.
Breathing
Exhale on the lift and reach; inhale on the return.
