Begin lying on your back, arms pointed straight up towards the sky, legs lifted off the ground. Keeping the upper body slightly elevated, maintain your arms' position while alternating legs up and down in a rapid but controlled motion.
Common Mistakes
Allowing arms to drift from their vertical position. Dropping the upper body back to the ground. Not keeping a rhythmic pace with the legs.
Breathing
Inhale as one leg goes down, exhale as the other leg comes up.
