Start in a push-up position with feet on a sturdy chair. As you descend, shift your weight from one side to the other and then back to the center, mimicking a writer's motion. Push up to return to the start.
Common Mistakes
Maintain a straight line from head to heels. Avoid letting your hips sag or using uncontrolled movements.
Breathing
Inhale as you lower and shift sides; exhale when returning to the starting position.
