How to do 90 Degree Sit Up To Toes

Start laying on your back with legs lifted, forming a 90-degree angle. Arms should be extended behind your head. Engage your core and perform a sit-up, reaching your arms towards your toes, keeping legs straight up. Control the motion back down, ensuring your core stays activated.

Common mistakes

Swinging arms for momentum. Not keeping legs at a 90-degree angle. Collapsing back down instead of controlling the descent.

Breathing

Inhale on the way down, exhale as you sit up towards your toes.
