How to do Diamond Push Ups

Begin in a standard push-up position. Place hands close together, forming a diamond shape with your thumbs and index fingers. Lower your body down, keeping elbows close to your sides.

Common mistakes

Ensure your hips don't sag or rise too high, maintaining a straight line from head to heels. Don't flare your elbows too wide; keep them tucked close to your body.

Breathing

Inhale as you lower your body. Exhale as you push up to the starting position. Repeat.
