Hints
Start in a wide push-up stance. Lower yourself down, then slide horizontally from one side to the other, returning to the center before pressing back up, emulating a typewriter.
Common Mistakes
Maintain a tight core throughout to prevent sagging hips. Aim for controlled, fluid lateral movements.
Breathing
Inhale as you lower and slide side to side; exhale when pressing back up to the starting position. Alternate sides with each rep.
