With dumbbells in hand, perform a squat. Rise, then step back into a lunge with one leg. Stand and alternate to other leg.
Common Mistakes
Keep front knee behind toes. Avoid letting back knee touch the ground. Keep chest up.
Breathing
Inhale during squat, exhale during lunge. Alternate and repeat.
