Stand up with arms in front of you, fists clenched, and palms facing the ceiling. While keeping your elbows locked, engage your chest muscles and bring your hands up, squeezing your chest.
Common Mistakes
Bending the elbows during the movement. Not fully engaging the chest muscles or using other muscles to compensate.
Breathing
Exhale as you bring your hands up and squeeze your chest; inhale as you lower your hands back down.
