Hints
Start with feet together, holding dumbbells by your sides. Step out to one side, bending the stepping leg and keeping the other straight. Return to start and switch sides.
Common Mistakes
Avoid letting the bending knee go past the toes. Keep the chest up; don't lean excessively forward.

Exhale as you step out; inhale when returning to the start.
